I grew up in St. Cloud, Florida. I graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2016. This is my first year living in New York City and teaching for the DOE. I am currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Teaching Urban Children with Disabilities with a Bilingual Extension at Long Island University. Teaching allows me to shape future leaders and that is something I am very passionate about. I decided to become an educator so that I can have a positive impact on the lives of children while helping them succeed academically.

I grew up in Warren, Pennsylvania. I went to Warren High School and I received my bachelor's degree at St. Francis College, Loretto, PA where I studied marketing and business management. Then, I got my masters from C.W. Post, Long Island University in education. I have worked for the NYCDOE for 12 years. I love to play tennis and golf. I also spend a lot of time with my dog, Monk.

I went to Long Island University CW Post. I graduated with my degree in early childhood and childhood education. I decided to come to PS 330 to give the students the tools they need to become whatever they aspire to be in life and to make sure they never give up. Elementary school was a great time for me, and was the reason I wanted to become an elementary school teacher. I specifically remember my first grade teacher. She taught me learning could be fun, and that I was capable of whatever I put my mind to. This is exactly what I want to instill in my students, and hope to bring back the love of learning.

I grew up in Westchester Sq. in the Bronx, and now live in Queens. I attended Plattsburgh State University where I received my bachelors in Childhood Education/English 1-6. Shortly after that, I received my masters in Childhood Special Education 1-6 at Fordham University. This will be my 8th year working for the DOE. I love that my class is filled with unique and diverse learners, each with something special to contribute or share with the class. One of the most gratifying things to see is the growth that children show, both academically and socially, from when they first walk into the classroom until the end of June. Also, seeing the look on students' faces when they get those "ah hah" moments is unparalleled. During the summer, I spend my time enjoying the longer days-- at the beach, summer concerts/festivals, or going on my next trip. When the first snow falls, I can't wait to pick up right where I left off in getting better at snowboarding. Some things I like to do all year round are trying out different restaurants/cuisines, karaoke, yoga, and checking out new exhibitions. I look forward to a year of teaching and learning at PS 330Q!
